1.General Conditions

The price communicated at the booking includes all taxes & fees.

In order to better organize the check-in, guests are kindly  requested to communicate on time the arrival time at the guesthouse and to provide a mobile phone number for urgent calls.

Take our phone numbers with you in case you may need help or to communicate delays.

Rooms are ready from 12.00 am, check-out time is before 10.30 am. Luggage deposit is free on the departure day.

For arrivals from 8.00 am to 12.00 am it is possible to deposit the luggage and take the room keys.

Check-in after 11.00 pm have an additional cost of 10 euro. In case of the impossibility to occupy a booked room at our guesthouse (for reasons of overbooking or inaccessibility of the room) we will always provide our guests a same room-type in our partner structures located in a few minutes walking distance (see partner structures section).

To confirm the reservation guests are asked for a deposit corresponding to the cost of the first night.

Payment can be made by bank transfer on the IBAN coordinates that will be provided in the response e-mail.

The Deposit can also be paid by credit card through PayPal system (we will not ask for your credit card details). Payment with PayPal is subject to a surcharge fees of +3%. The remaining payment will be done in cash on the arrival day.

It is not possible to pay by credit card on the site.

4. Cancellation Policy

Notice of cancellation without any charges is possible within 5 Days from the arrival date, otherwise the deposit will become nonrefundable.

The notice of cancellation must be provided by phone or by e-mail at the address in Contacts section. Even for cancellations due to natural events of circumstances beyond guest's control will be not refunded after the 5 days term.

Anticipated departures communicated with less than 48h of advance will be nonrefundable.

Refunded cancellations will have in any case a charge of 10 euro for administrative costs.
